TELEPATHIC RESEARCH

“My work with dogs, cats and other animals has shown that telepathic powers are quite widespread in the animal kingdom and there are excellent examples of this telepathy in interactions between many animal keepers and their animals.  I’ve heard many stories from parrot owners around the world that have convinced me that parrots may be the most promising of all subjects for this work, and the work with N’Kisi that Aimee Morgana has done has produced some of the most positive results ever attained in any telepathy experiments, with animals or humans.  I feel sure that work with other African greys could contribute greatly, not just to an understanding of parrots, but to an understanding of animal nature and fundamental unsolved mysteries about the nature of telepathy.  And since people who keep African greys are generally very committed to their birds, there might be a lot of scope here for building a research community.”

RUPERT SHELDRAKE, Ph.D.,
Author of: “Dogs That Know When Their Owners Are Coming Home and Other Unexplained Animal Powers”

We’re interested in stories of instances where your parrot has either appeared to read your mind or knows when something is going to happen before it does, without being given clues. For example,

Has your grey shown any signs of knowing when his/her favored human is coming home?

Does he/she appear to know in advance about being taken to the vet’s office?

Does your parrot say “Bye, bye” when he/she knows you’re leaving before you’ve picked up your coat and keys and headed for the door?

Does your grey make a sound, such as a microwave beep or water sound, before you punch the microwave or pour yourself a drink....and the bird is in another room?

Does your grey anticipate how you’re feeling and make a sound, such as a sigh or a tired sound, before you do?

When you are thinking about something or looking at a picture, does your grey talk about that subject?

Does your parrot know when a particular person is calling, even before you have answered the phone?

Share with us your stories.  Read other stories.  This information will be documented and shared with Dr. Sheldrake and his associates in order to help science measure the depth and capabilities of our feathered companions.
