I know how to make a grey talk, but the grey wont like it :(. if you just got your bird try to get it somewhere around 3-5 months old. Then tame the bird (i dont know how though) after tamedkeep repeting words in its cage, but know more than 1 person can teach it to talk. you can let it out of its cage once in a while, but try to schedule whene its time to let the bird out. After it learns its first word you can let it out as frequintly as you want because it will pick up words from other people :)
